Dear Gateway Park Master Association Owners and Residents,
We are pleased to inform you that the asphalt maintenance for the parking lot has been scheduled. Please find the schedule below, weather permitting.
Crack Seal and Seal Coat – Wednesday, June 16th – Friday, June 19th.
Parking will not be permitted in the parking lot while patching and seal coating are completed. You WILL NOT be permitted to drive on the asphalt while the seal coat is curing. Please remove vehicles from the parking lot before Wednesday, June 16, 2026. FRAM personnel will remove the cones when traffic may resume.
