As a past board member of the master HOA I am happy to be a part of this growing neighborhood. Gateway Park is a special place where we have extensive responsibilities; having non-potable water, hundreds of  trees, acres of grass, sidewalk and parking lot areas not to mention having to work with ditch riders to call for water and the 10’s of thousands in pump infrastructure. Your board members and the HOA management team have so many tasks to complete to live in our beautiful community, especially during watering season. I want to invite members of the community to go to the board meetings so you can better understand the process of our neighborhood.

In August of 2015 my wife and I moved into Gateway Park in Berthoud. We were about to retire and looking for place to build. It’s been almost eight years and I believe we have found our forever home. Both of us love Gateway Park and Berthoud. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood and close to the main town area.

The new recreation center is only a few blocks away, we enjoy walking our dog around the local pond and our friendly neighbors that wave.  I know our neighbors feel the same. People take care of their homes, have pride in ownership, and it shows!

Gateway Park really does have a lot of great people that care about their family, their home, and their town. With great schools, quality small businesses, and low crime, Berthoud is a beautiful place to live and work, and is easily accessible from 287 and I-25. I love how most take care of their lawns, enjoy the short walk into town and friendly people that wave or say hello. I am happy to call Berthoud my home.

I recently moved into Gateway Park and within the first week I was really happy to call this my new home. The people here are just different, a lot commute to work but still it’s worth the drive to live in such a beautiful area with amazing views and the sense of community is unlike anywhere I have ever lived before. I love going to City Star or Berthoud Brewery. The paint and wine bar in town is amazing when friends come to visit. I love Gateway Park and the people here who make it great!
